What are my delivery options?
You can choose between two options: next day delivery or our standard 3-5 day delivery service.

*For our next day service, if you place an order before midday Monday – Friday it will arrive the next day. Any orders placed from Friday afternoon – Sunday will arrive on Tuesday.
**For our standard service, if you place an order before midday Monday – Thursday it will be despatched the same day for delivery in the next 3-5 days. Any orders placed from Friday – Sunday will arrive by Friday.
Deliveries are made Monday – Saturday between 8am and 8pm.
There is no need to stay at home all day waiting for your delivery! If you provide your email address, our courier Evri will alert you on the morning of the delivery advising your delivery slot; for example between 2pm to 4pm. Note, that using Evri notification email you can always divert your parcels to your neighbours or a safe place to avoid disappointment.
You will also receive a tracking number once your order has been despatched to enable you to track your delivery.
Please note our next day delivery service is not available to all UK postcodes.
